When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for shipment tracking. This way, you will always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered. The average shipping duration is 2 to 4 working days. If there are any delays with the respective shipping partner, please feel free to contact us. We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

The status of my shipment does not change. What can I do?

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the initial delivery status of your shipment to be visible. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.

Is delivery to a Packstation or post office possible?

Yes, we also deliver to Packstations or post offices in Germany. Please select "Packstation" or "Postfiliale" as the delivery address. Please enter your DHL customer number and Packstation number in the designated field.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver your ordered items free of shipping charges directly to your home for orders over €50.

Will my provided data be disclosed?

Your data is secure with us! Your provided data will only be disclosed to responsible parties for payment and delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

Within Germany, we ship with DHL or DPD, and shipments abroad are sent via the shipping partner DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic.

What should I do if my delivery address changes?

As long as your order has not been handed over to the shipping partner, our customer service can make changes to the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the relevant shipping partner directly or obtain the necessary information through the tracking number/shipment tracking number. To change the delivery address in your personal account for future orders, simply correct your address under "My Account" and save the address again.

Is there an express delivery?

Express delivery is currently not possible. However, we will continuously expand our services in your interest.

Do you deliver in discreet packaging?

We ship your order in recycled, brown shipping boxes with the neutral imprint "Your natural alternative."

I received an incomplete or incorrect delivery?

If you have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer service. They will promptly review your concern and arrange for a swift replacement delivery or exchange.

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

Yes. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we offer you the option to have the order delivered to a different delivery address (e.g., to your workplace). Enter the desired delivery address under the "Shipping Address" section. If the package has already been handed over to the shipping partner, please contact them to change the delivery address/designate a preferred location. If the package cannot be delivered during the delivery attempt, your shipment will be taken to the nearest post office, and you will be notified of the possible pickup through an information card in the mailbox or via email from your delivery person.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for packages within Germany, to Austria, or Switzerland is typically 2-4 working days.

How can I track my order?

For tracking your package, you will receive an email with shipment tracking as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Can I cancel or change an order?

As long as your order is still in processing, we can make changes to the address and products. Please contact us by email (support@calmacbd.com) or through the chat. Please provide the order number and your request for changes. For a faster resolution, it's best to call us directly.

Do you deliver to Switzerland?

Yes, we deliver to Switzerland. You can conveniently select your desired country at the top left of the online shop, and you will be directed to our Swiss online shop.

My order is repeatedly being aborted. What can I do?

Feel free to contact our customer service via the free hotline or support@calmacbd.com. We are happy to assist you with the ordering process. Please let us know where exactly the order is being aborted. This may often be related to the selected payment method. For example, payment with a credit card may require a 3D-Secure code.
